The room here was a good size and seemed newly done up. The bed was comfy, and I felt safe with smoke detectors around 👌. I had a really nice stay, with a separate bedroom which was a plus. They also let me check out late, which was great for my schedule.

Top location, very clean and large rooms, very friendly staff, breakfast buffet for American standards ok, one of the best WLAN we ever had in a hotel

Amazing location in a nice, safe area. Close to the Briar theater, shops, many restaurants and pubs in Lakeview and Boystown. Easy access to Hydrate.

I liked that there was a Starbucks a block away from the hotel and if you're looking to stay "where the people live", this is a great location. a 15-20min walk to the l train but if you're a member of Zipcar, use the car located literally next door to the hotel.

Unfortunately "Corey" (who was at the front desk when we checked in) was a bit rude, and not friendly. We later heard in our hallway, other guests complaining about the staff as well. Considering how helpful and nice the locals were, the day staff at this hotel were not hospitable. The night crew was much more pleasant. Sorry to be a downer but its true!

This place quickly became my go-to spot to crash in the city! 🌟

The accommodations were outstanding. We loved our queen bed 2 room suite. Loved having 2 tvs and the kitchen and double sinks in the bathroom.
